Ok,
For a change, I'd like to make a journal entry 'cause I feel like dA common sense copyright policy doesn't sover it all.
So here's a few quick rules about the work I have or will submit:
Section 1: Drawings
They are mine. I created and drew them. So in now way or possiblity you are allowed to use or reproduce them, partially or totaly, or post them out as your own creations somewhere else. I guess it simple enough. No commercial use of any kind without my written consentment (and when I mean written, I don't mean emailed, I mean put down on paper, 's that clear?)
Section 2: Photography
Most of them are untouched, or just balanced to have a proper rendering, but not altered. So they can be used as stock. I will just ask you to send me a note, or leave a comment in the deviation to ask for the right to use it. I'm not a mean person, so if asked kindly, I'll say yes most of the time. For commercial use, send me a note. No use without written consent otherwise. Don't go claim around they are yours as well.
Section 3: Jewelery
So, this is my work. My own. I studied and it took me quite a long time to have my god damned degree. Unfortunatly for you, unless you commission me for a work (wich I don't do currently for I am in the need of a work place), and ask for a custom design from your idea or from suggestions, you won't be allowed to use, reproduce, copy or mass-produce any of my designs in anyway. This include taking pictures, claiming my designs to be yours, or making fakes of them and sell them. I try (as well as the other guy I'm working with) to establish some kind of reputation and to gain a little knwoledge from around the world, and we won't be able to do so if some a**hole go around, selling copy of our work claiming we made it. We don't do cheap, knocked off crap.
Section 4: Anything else
There won't be anything else! So don't even ask about these compromising pictures I published of you with your secretary last x-mas party...
Here you can feature whatever you want.
